The first question you must answer today is what makes a fruit a fruit? The second question is what makes a vegetable a vegetable? After you have answered these questions then you may decide whether you think a pineapple is a fruit or a vegetable.

What makes fruit a fruit is it is supposed to have seeds in them and they taste sweet or sour while a vegetable doesn't have seeds in them, and they are usually grown on the ground. I believe that the pineapple is a fruit because it has seeds and it tastes sweet.

A fruit is a fruit because it tastes better than a vegetable. It has different vitamins. It is sweet. Fruits have calcium. Fruits are used as toppings on ice cream and frozen yogurt. Veggies don't grow on trees. They make you stronger. Helps you see better. A pineapple is a fruit because it is sweet and they grow in plants.

fruit is a fruit because it has a fruit is the matured ovary of a flower, that contained seed. vegetable is a vegetable because a vegetable, is an herbaceous plant cultivated for an edible part (seeds, roots, stems, leaves, bulbs, tubers, or nonsweet fruits. i think a fruit can be a vegetable but a vegetable can not be a fruit.

Based on my research, A fruit is a mature ripened ovary of a plant that is a result of pollination of a flower. A vegetable is a herbaceous (green and leaf like in appearance or texture) plant cultivated for an edible part, as roots, stems, leaves or flowers. Or you may say a vegetable is the edible stems, leaves, and roots of the plant. Pineapple, much like a raspberry or blackberry, produces many fruits that clumps together to look like one. So, I believe pineapple is a fruit.

I think what makes a fruit a fruit is if they have seeds, but also some fruits don't have seeds so I think the thing that makes fruit fruits is if they give off acid. I think what makes a vegetable a vegetable is vice versa from what makes a fruit a fruit. I think a pineapple is a fruit because it gives off acids.

A fruit is commonly known as the fleshy seed-associated structures of a plant that can be sweet,tart, or even sour! They are edible and are in a raw state. A vegetable is a edible plant that usually excludes seeds and sweet fruit.
