Most days when students see a substitute teacher in their class they think it will be a mixed up day.  Some students will take advantage of the sub and some will try to help.  I have never been a substitute teacher and it has been a long time since I was in an elementary or high school room as a student.  Tell me about the most interesting substitute teacher you have had.

My most interesting sub was a boat lover I had in third grade. He would talk about boats and relate most of the lessons to boats. I was.... interesting.

For sixth period, Mr. Williams made us play this game where he drew stuff and we had to guess what it meant(i.e. A person with his hands on his stomach + various sports equipment = The Hunger Games). Weird.

There was a time in kindergarden I had a sub named Mr. Bird.

Then in 4th grade I had a sub who gave us gum, lollipops, and chips. He also didn't mind that we eat and popped bubbles in class. He was awesome.:)

My most interesting subsitute teacher was named Mr.Cole.He was really funny and he joked around in class a lot.Plus,he was really nice but it was pretty funny when he took 30 minutes to correct a 10 problem worksheet.Usually, our teacher only took like 10 minutes or 5 minutes.:)

I once had a substitute in 2nd grade. She was a very funny teacher and at lunch she gave everybody popsicles. She was never substitute for 2nd grade again but I definitely remember her.

I think my most interesting teacher was when I was in 4th grade. I forgot her name, but she talked with a voice that sounded like she was kind of spitting. She told so many stories that were funny and brave. She also gave fun examples. Also she was able to teach any subject. P.E., Math, Science. You name it. She was really fun and she made many compliments to people. She was my favorite substitute teacher and I see her when teachers go to meetings and need people to sub for them. Even for P.E.. She yells at us like it's boot camp, but not too harsh and mean.

My most interesting substitute I have ever had was last year in 7th grade. My substitute was a tall white old man. I don't remember his name but he was cool. If we give him 15 minutes of silence, he will do some accents. I thought it was cool because he could do all kind of accents. That is the most interesting substitute I have ever had.

The most interesting sub teacher I had ever had was when there was a teacher who allowed us to eat candy in the classroom, which my usual teacher didn't allow me to do. Then, we found out that the teacher was chewing gum. Since gum was banned because of all the gum spots on the ground, we told her that she wasn't allowed to eat gum. Instead of thanking the class for advising her, she said," Well, since I allowed you guys eat gum, don't you think that I deserve a little treat?" The problem was that I didn't think so. That was the weirdest teacher in my life!

The most interesting substitute teacher I had was Ms. Fung because she was learning to be a teacher at the same time. Every once in a while, we would get free popsicles. She would even give her email to some students. But of course, we would still get in trouble.
