Summer is Different

Summer is full of different feelings. These are usually different from the feelings I have during the school year. I'm usually more relaxed and less worried. I have time to think about what I want to do when school starts again. What is different about summer for you?

Summer is different for me because in summer I have to wake up early in the morning. I feel nervous

In the summer, I know that I can focus on being artistic and making crafts to decorate my room. I can set many goals, such as learning to use my left-hand more, learning how to sew/knit, or learning more sign language.

Summer is also about experiencing so many events that I have a long list of things to tell my friends.

At the same time, I find something that reminds me of someone at school and I want to tell them then come to reality= no more school until September.

Summer is different for me because you don't have to worry about getting homework done and getting good grades in school. In Summer, you can relax and enjoy the hot sun.

I think the summer is fun especially when I have summer school because I can make lots of new friends. Some times I worry because I might not know the answers to the question, but most of the times, I'm as happy as a clam. Plus, at summer school, I can learn new things from Mrs.Padilla and Mr.Aitken.

The thing about summer that is different for me is the fact that I get to catch up on my sleep, I'm less worried about tests and projects due. The thing that is also different is my morning routine, I would usually wake up half tired and go splash my face with cold water, but in the summer, I get to wake up anytime. What's also different is that I get to hang out with my friends more often, and I get to stay up later, and some of my friends have summer parties, picnics, and potlucks.
