Trimester 1 Goals

School started on Tuesday August 30th. I have two goals for this trime. First, I want my students to increase their understanding of how technology can help them learn on their own and how technology can help them create products which will grab other people's attention. Secondly, I want to learn from my students what best meets their needs. During the school year I will be blogging about my progress.

To begin with I made a big purchase in the summer that I have wanted to make for a long time. I purchased my own domain name. That means that I no longer have to point my students to long web site addresses that they usually can't remember. It is now just, www.mraitken.org! I'll add details about the process as the summer goes along.

What are your goals for this trimester? List two and describe them.

I would like to be on honor roll, or possibly on principal's honor roll. Last year i had 3.58, .02 away. This year I will do my best to get on the honor roll.

This year i want to get all A's in all my classes. I want to get good grades because i want to impress my mom and try something new.

i want to get better grades then last year,last year i got a Bs,and the rest Cs.i want to get all Bs this year for seventh grade

For this trimester, my first goal is to get at least 85% on all of my tests. this way I will probably get an A in all of my classes so I can achieve principal roll.

My other goal is to attend all of the music classes so that I do not lack behind and stay for the entire class.

My last goal is to improve my vocabulary and reading comprehension because this is the reason I missed a lot in the annual test on reading.

I want to know alot more about science. it really is really fun and cool.
I want to be a better writer. a few years back my teachers always told me my writing was pretty bad
I want to have better handwriting.My handwriting is pretty messy and people cant read it. They usually dont even want to read it.

I would like to bring our girls basketball team to 1st place. Last year, my team won 3rd. I am glad we at least got 3rd, but it is not good enough for me. We practice everyday, and it'll start in January. It's time to win!

My 2nd goal for this year is to focus more in class because i get distracted in class very easy. And if i focus more i will be able to learn more

This trimester in seventh grade my goals are pretty easy to say, but hard to achieve. I want to get straight A's for my classes and especially for p.e., which was the class I missed an A and did not receive the GPA that I wanted to get.

The second goal is to participate more often in class and try to answer more questions instead of sitting to wait for the teacher to call on me.

My last goal is to work 100x's harder than before and try to pass all the tests and at least get a 90% on them.

One of my goals for this trimester is to get all B's or higher. I'll try to accomplish this by doing my homework, eating breakfast, and going to bed early.

My goal for this year is to ace all of my test and quizzes because laast year I usually just get all B's and my mom would be really my mad at me.

My second goal is to get a honor roll; I never even got onw before but I really want one this year.

My last goal is to work hard to achieve my dream for my future .

My first goal is to get at least all A's because I want my family and my parents to be proud of me. My second goal is to at least become citizen of the month and be on the honor roll to because I want to have at least an award for this school year because I'm new to this school. My third goal is to be better in volleyball so I can play for a team and at least win for them.

For this trimester, i have three goals.

My first goal is to improve my P.E grades. I usually get a B, which isn't good enough to get on principal's honor roll. I need to actually start running more, since i'm on the girls basketball team.

My second goal is to be more organized. My binders are usually VERY messy, and I can never find my homework. My backpack looks like a junkyard and this year i am determined to keep everything as neat as i can.

My last goal is to be on principal's honor roll. I am willing to run my legs off to get an A in P.E, skip my computer time for homework, and do little things for extra credit. This way, with better grades, eventually i will get rewards and time do have fun, to make up for the time i was using for homework.

I have all A's and one B, but I really want to get all A's so my family could be very proud of me. That was my first goal my second one is to be on A or B honor roll or on all A honor roll so I could go to the next grade. Finally my third one is to become better at basketball and become more athletic. Those are my three goals for this trimester.

My three goals for this trimester are:

1:First I want to get an A+ in Music and first place in Cheer and Drill because we usually get 2nd and I get a B in Music.

2:Second I at least want to get a B+ in Math because I suck in math and mostly get C's or D's.

3:Lastly I want to get my best grade in Science because I always get my best grade in Science.Also I love Science.

my goals for this trimester is to to at least get 3 A's because last year i got 2 F's and 3 D's i'm going to have to do my homework and do all my work in class and finish everything that is assined. My favorite sports is basketball. I wanna get better at it by practicing everyday. my other favorite sport is football. i wanna get better at football by practicing with other people. Maybe ill join it and play against people. Those's are my three goals for this trimester.

1) Get at least a 3.6 GPA so i can get honor roll. last year i had a really bad GPA of 3.2,and i would like to get a higher one, at least a 3.5, but i will try to push myself to get a 3.6 GPA i can get honor roll.
2)my second goal is, get better at math and try to get an A in math, so next year i can get into geometry at Alhambra High School.
3)my third goal is to get good grades so i can get into a good college that has a good theater program so it can give me the skills to become a successful
actress. (:

My first goal for the first trimester is to get very good in math because I want good grades so that I can get into USC.I will do my best to get the grade I want.The second goal is to be the best writer I can be because writing is the my lowest subject.And my last goal is to join a volleyball team so that I can get a scholarship.

for me science has always been fun but i had never been good at it. noW I WANt to be good at it. ill try to keep an A for the trimester.

Writing for me is very cool. i like reading great writing. Especially those books that are a series but are very amazing.

For my handwriting im not very good at it. Im right handed but my hand is very unstable. especially since i broke it . i try to make it neat but it is very hard

One of my goals for 1st trimester is to get an straight A's on my report card. Since I got all A's on my progress report except for writing which I got a B on. My second goal is to improve in football since I am not so good at it currently. Another one of my goals is to get all A's on all subjects.

-One of my academic goals is to get straight A's. I have never gotten straight A's before so I am aiming for that. Last year, I missed straight A's by one since I got a B for reading and I am assuming that I can make my goal come true.

-One of my other academic goals is to get one hundred percent on reading. Last year, I kept getting B's in reading class and i hated that grade.

-I want to improve in my basketball skills to try to be on the high school varsity basketball team. My mom and my sister wants me to be on the team.
